I have the right to use and share my work, like posting on my social media and portfolios. But you are free to inform me if you do not want your commission posted publicly.

My "art-style" is never consistent and may have changes as time passes.

Do not copy, trade, edit, tamper, or redistribute any of my art. Read my ‘Usage Policy’ below for more clarification on edits.

Do not remove, edit, hide, or tamper my name/signature from any of my art. Proper credit to my art is very appreciated.

For any reason I am unable to work on your commission, your order will not be accepted and any payment made for the commission will be refunded.

Fees include: convenience fee, and platform fees like transaction/service fees.

Commissioners who do chargebacks will be warned and blacklisted from future commissions.

I only accept commission payments through DA points, and PayPal in USD.

The commissioner must pay the full price upfront before I start the commission.

Only pay if you are sure about your commission to avoid cancellations.

For larger commissions (orders above $90 usd), the commissioner will be given an option to pay partially, usually 50-50. (50% before I start the commission; and 50% before I finish the commission)

Commissions are not FCFS.

Average turnaround time is one(1) week. In some cases, it will take me up to a month to finish a commission due to personal reasons.

Updates about the progress of the commission will be regularly sent to the commissioner.

Any edits or changes in the artwork will not be applied after the line art process.

The commissioner must provide a proper visual reference of their character. A detailed toyhou.se page of the character is better.

I will not work with descriptions unless it is for custom designs.

The final commission file will be sent to the commissioner through email or any preferred platforms.

It is the commissioner’s responsibility to save the commissioned artwork after it's done. Over time I may lose or archive files and can not provide the commissioner another copy.

I have the right to use any of my art (including commissioned pieces), like posting on my social media and portfolios. But you are welcome to inform me if you do not want your commission published.

Any art you purchase or commissioned from me are for personal use only.

You may print and repost the art you commissioned for personal use.

You may add minor edits (e.g. filters, emotes, cropping) to the commissioned art as long as I am credited for the original artwork.

You are not allowed to redistribute or use my art for commercial use. Otherwise, permission for redistribution or commercial use should be discussed beforehand.

Anyone who infringes the copyright of my work will be blacklisted from future commissions and ownership of my designs.

Do not use my art in AI generators, publish on NFT platforms, or anything related.

T&C for my custom designs/character designs can be found in my toyhou.se account.

A toyhou.se account is required when owning any of my designs. Do not trade my designs outside of toyhou.se.
