By commissioning you accept my tos and t&c.

As the artist I have the right to decline a commission.

Never remove/edit/hide my name/signature from any of my art, proper credit to my art is very appreciated. Do not edit over my art.

My "art-style" is never consistent and will be subject to change as I improve.

You must be 13+ to commission me.

I only accept commission payments through DA points and PayPal.

Pay full price upfront before I start the commission.

I have the right to use any of my art (including commissioned pieces), like posting on my social media.

Any art you purchase or commissioned from me are for personal use only.

You are not allowed use my art for commercial use. Otherwise, permission for commercial use must be discussed beforehand.

Avoid cancelling your commission!

When you ask to cancel a commission, expect a small fee for platform service fees, tax, fees*.

Cancelling commissions halfway through the process of drawing will not be accepted.

No refunds if the commission is finished.

No cancellations will be accepted for commissions less than $10.00 USD.

Full refunds will be given if I state that unable to finish the commission due to personal reasons and emergencies, even if it's less than $5.00 USD (might still be deducted by tax**).
